OK, so that's an old bootloader that won't be able to boot the latest images. We now know that we need to update your bootloader before we can get the new images to work.
One thing to try is to see if the old openwrt image is still in place on your board as shipped from the factory. Ci40 has two flash locations so that two images can be held - the last used image as well as a newly programmed image.
If you're using any external memory (USB or SD) then please remove then and try to boot the board from flash ... I'm assuming this will still not work. If it does work then stop here and get back to us!
If a boot from flash doesn't work then reset the board, then when you see the line "Hit any key to stop autoboot" tap a key on your keyboard to halt the boot at that state : you'll see a
At this prompt type
You'll see a reply of either
This tells you which flash partition the bootloader is trying to read for the openwrt image. Set it to the other partition, so if your printenv returned 0 then use
setenv boot_partition 1
to set it to 1, then reboot the board.
Come back to us and tell us if that gets the old image booting.
